First access
How to create your account, set up your business, and activate the first call handled by Execus.
From account creation to activating your first call, only a few steps are needed. This page walks you through the entire process from start to finish, without skipping anything.
Create your account
Receive the invite or sign up
If your business already has a subscription, you'll receive an invitation email from your manager. Click the link in the email and choose a secure password. If you're starting from scratch, visit the sign-up page and enter your business details.
Verify your email address
After registering you'll receive a confirmation email. Click the button inside it to activate your account. Check your spam folder too if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Enter your business details
On first access you'll be asked to complete your organisation profile: business name, address, and main phone number. These details appear in the panel header and are used by the voice assistant to introduce itself to customers.
Set up your first agent
An agent is the voice assistant assigned to a phone number. Give it a name, choose the response language, and set the initial greeting customers will hear when they call. You can customise it further at any time.
Upload information about your business
Provide the agent with everything it needs to respond correctly: opening hours, menu or price list, cancellation policies, frequently asked questions. You can upload documents in PDF format or paste the text directly into the panel.
Connect your phone number
Link your business phone number to the agent. The Execus team will guide you through this technical step: in most cases it's a simple configuration that requires no changes to your existing setup.
Make a test call
Before going live, call the number from your personal phone to hear how the assistant sounds. Verify the greeting, ask a few typical customer questions, and make sure the answers are correct. If something is off, edit the information you uploaded and run the test again.
The first questions
Right after you create your business on the sign-up page, up to four short questions follow. They help set up the right assistant for you, and you can leave any of them with “Skip for now”:
- What kind of business do you run?. Your industry, chosen from a list.
- What should the assistant do for you?. Choose as many as you like: Answer calls, Take bookings, Call back and run campaigns, Reply on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.
- Roughly how many calls do you get a day?. Fewer than 10, 10–50, 50–200, More than 200 or I don't know.
- How did you hear about us?. Google, Social media, Word of mouth, A reseller or consultant, An event or Other.
When you later create an assistant, the industry is already selected and, if your goals point to a single type of assistant, so is the type. You can read or change your answers any time from the My Profile page.
Guided setup
The assistant can walk you through the whole setup in the “Guided setup” page: a chat with the assistant and, next to it, a “Progress” list that shows which steps are done. The “Guided setup” card at the bottom of the sidebar shows a progress ring and the title of the next step: click it to come back, or hide it with ✕ (while steps remain, the “Guided setup” entry stays in the user menu).
- Complete your legal info. Fill in your company's legal details and accept the terms and conditions: they are required for invoices and to activate a plan.
- Choose your plan. Compare the available plans and activate the one that fits: you complete the payment securely on Stripe.
- Set up your assistant. Choose a name and voice, activate your assistant and, if you wish, prepare the hours for incoming calls.
- Get your temporary number. Ask the assistant for a temporary Italian number: inbound only, answered by your assistant once it is active. For outbound calls, activate a plan and request your own number.
- Request your phone number. Request a dedicated number for your assistant; it needs an active voice plan. Provisioning continues in the background while you go on.
- Make your first test. Test your assistant right here in the chat: verify your phone with a code and make a free test call; nothing is billed.
The assistant can also analyze your website: enter its address in the “Your website” card and it prefills company details, opening hours, FAQs and legal info (or choose “I don't have a website”). The analysis takes a few minutes and you can keep going in the meantime.
What to do right after

- Invite the collaborators who need access to the panel: you can assign different roles to each.
- Turn on email or in-app notifications so you're alerted about relevant calls.
- Explore the History section to see how transcripts and summaries are displayed.
