Account and organization
Manage your business data
Your organization data is the heart of Execus configuration. Here you can update your business information, opening hours, and contact details that customers will see when interacting with the voice assistant.
Business data
The section dedicated to business data contains all the identifying information for your organization. This data is used in various parts of Execus and contributes to giving your voice assistant a consistent identity.
- Company name. The official name of your business, as it appears in legal documents and formal communications.
- Address. The physical address of your business, important for customers seeking directions or wishing to visit in person.
- Phone and email. The main contacts through which customers can reach you. Make sure they are always up to date and monitored.
- Opening hours. Your business operating hours for each day of the week. The voice assistant will use these hours to provide accurate information.
Tax data
Tax data is necessary for invoice issuance and proper administrative management of your subscription.
- VAT number
- Tax code
- Fiscal address (if different from the head office)
- Name of the tax representative
Your profile
The My Profile page, opened from the user menu, holds your personal settings. They are yours alone, not your business's:
- Personal information. Profile photo (Change profile photo), full name and phone number, each with its pencil button to edit it and Verify for the phone number. The email shows whether it is verified.
- User Preferences. The language of the dashboard and the theme: Light, Dark or System.
- Notifications. The “Choose what you receive” button opens the push notification preferences.
- Your business. Your role in the business and its name.
Whoever can manage the business also sees “Your first answers”: the replies given to the questions at sign-up (business, what the assistant should do, calls per day, how you found us). Use “Answer again” to change them, or “Answer now” if you skipped them.
