Sync data with your management system

If you use a management system (hotel, restaurant, reservations), you can connect it to Execus. The voice assistant will always have up-to-date data and will be able to book directly into your system.

Which management systems are supported

  • Horus (hotel)
  • Opera (hotel)
  • Ical (hotel)
  • Table Management (restaurants)
  • Reservation Manager (generic reservations)
  • Systems with REST API (if properly implemented)

What Execus syncs

  • Availability (free rooms, available tables, hours)
  • Rates and prices
  • Available services (breakfast, wifi, parking)
  • Reservations (Execus adds them in real time)

If you don't have a management system

Nothing to worry about

If you do not use a management system, Execus still works. You can manage reservations manually via the calendar or import them from Excel. Execus will always have the data you enter.

In this case, we recommend using Google Calendar + WhatsApp/Email for a practical and automated flow.

Real-time synchronization

Execus continuously syncs with your management system. If you cancel a reservation in your system, Execus knows within seconds. If a guest books via Execus, it appears immediately in your management system.

Several Google calendars

If your Google account has several calendars, for example one per location or operator, open the Bookings page and press the Google Calendar button. In the "Calendars" step, choose which calendars Execus uses: their appointments block the agents' times and show up on the Bookings page. If you untick a calendar, its imported appointments disappear from Execus but stay in Google.

In the same step, say whether they work independently: with "Yes, each on its own" an appointment in Palermo at 10:00 does not block Brescia at 10:00, while with "No, they are one agenda" it takes that time on all of them. In the "Bookings" step, give each calendar a short description, which the agent uses during the call to pick the right one, and decide whether bookings may overlap there. In the "Agents" step, choose which agents book on these calendars.

The Execus calendar is always on: bookings not linked to another calendar and those created in Execus land there. With independent calendars it never blocks the others. Holidays and other public Google calendars are imported when you select them and with "Sync now", but Google does not send their updates in real time.
