Pricing and plans
How pricing works
The two components of Execus cost: monthly subscription and credit-based consumption.
Execus pricing is designed to be predictable and suitable for both small properties and chains. It consists of two elements that combine simply: the subscription and consumption.
The two cost components
- Monthly subscription. A fixed fee that grants access to the platform, the plan's features, and a certain amount of included minutes or credits. Billed monthly or annually.
- Credit-based consumption (wallet). Once the included minutes are used up, each additional call minute is deducted from the wallet. The wallet is a prepaid balance you can top up manually or have automatically refilled.
This structure lets you start with a plan aligned to your expected volume and scale transparently as traffic grows, without having to change plans every month.
What affects the cost of a call
- Call duration. Consumption is calculated per minute actually spoken. Short calls cost less; complex calls can last longer.
- Call type. Incoming calls, outgoing calls, and transfers to a human operator have separate rates. You'll find the details in the Consumption section of the panel.
- Chosen AI model. More advanced models (more natural, better at handling complex conversations) have a higher per-minute cost. You can choose the right model for your use case from the agent configuration.
- Optional features. Features such as automatic summary, criteria analysis, and advanced integrations may be included in the plan or available as add-ons.
How add-ons are billed
Add-ons (the Meta and WhatsApp channels, extra phone numbers and sector portals) are billed apart from the voice plan, and each add-on has its own subscription.
- Charged in full when you buy it. A new add-on is charged its full first period on the day you buy it, then renews on that same date, every month or every year. Bought together with a voice plan, it can be paid in the same payment as the plan.
- Monthly or yearly. Add-ons are monthly. An add-on bought together with a yearly voice plan is yearly instead, and keeps that cadence at every renewal.
- Its own invoice. Every add-on renews with its own payment and its own invoice, which you find in the Payments section.
- Cancel at any time. You can cancel each add-on on its own from Payments → Subscriptions, without affecting the plan or the other add-ons. It keeps working until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed after that.
- Upgrading an add-on. When you move an add-on to a larger size, for example a higher WhatsApp volume, you pay the full difference between the two prices, never a prorated amount, and the renewal date does not change. A change that costs nothing moves no money.
If an add-on's renewal payment fails, only that add-on is concerned: the voice plan and the other add-ons are not affected.
Invoicing and VAT
Execus issues an electronic invoice for every payment, both for subscription renewal and for wallet top-ups. Invoices are available in the Payments section of the dashboard and are emailed to the organization's administrative contact. VAT is calculated based on the registered legal data: for European customers with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge regime applies.
