Notifications
Configure how you receive updates
Notifications keep you informed about what happens in Execus. You can configure how, when, and for which type of event you receive notifications, even differentiating preferences for each team member.
Notification channels
Execus supports different channels for sending you notifications. You can choose which channel you prefer for each type of event.
- Email. Receive notifications directly in your inbox. Perfect for important updates you want to read at your leisure. Email is off by default: in Notification preferences, switch it on for each group of events, independently of push. You can have push, email, both or neither.
- Push. Instant notifications in the browser or mobile app, written in the language the app is set to on each device. Ideal for urgent events requiring immediate attention.
- Slack. If you use Slack, you can receive notifications directly in a dedicated channel. Keeps the whole team aligned.
Notifiable events
Not all events generate notifications. Here you can choose exactly which situations you want to monitor.
- A new call campaign has been completed
- An operator is unavailable for a long period
- An error occurred during the execution of a campaign
- An invoice has been issued
- A new member has been added to the team
- The plan usage quota is about to be exceeded
- A contact has left important feedback
Summaries and follow-ups
Two push notifications sum up the assistant's work. Both are sent to every member and can be turned off in the push notification preferences: “Weekly summary” under “Assistant results” and “Calls that need attention” under “Calls to follow up”.
- Weekly summary. Sent on Monday morning: how many calls the assistant answered in the past week and, when there are any, the bookings (with guests) and orders (with their total) it took and how many calls need a callback. Parts that are zero are left out, and nothing is sent when the assistant answered no calls.
- Calls that need attention. Sent each morning, except Monday when the weekly summary already includes them: the number of calls that were passed to a person or broke off the day before or overnight, so you know who to call back. On a quiet morning nothing is sent.
Team preferences
Each team member can configure their own notification preferences independently. This means your sales director might want notifications on new campaigns, while your IT manager might prefer only error alerts.
To configure preferences, each member must access their own "My notifications" section in personal settings and select which events to monitor and on which channels to receive updates.
