Pricing and plans
Changing, suspending, or cancelling the plan
How to move to a higher or lower plan, pause the subscription, or cancel the service.
Needs change: a property grows, a business transforms, a season ends. Execus lets you adapt the plan flexibly, with clear rules on activation, charges, and timing.
Moving to a higher plan (upgrade)
When you move to a higher plan, the change is immediate: the new plan activates right away and the additional features are available within minutes. The charge is calculated proportionally to the days remaining in the current cycle, so you only pay the difference for the remaining period. From the next cycle, the subscription will be renewed at the full price of the new plan.
Moving to a lower plan (downgrade)
Downgrade is available, but takes effect only from the next billing cycle: the current plan remains active until expiration, after which the new one starts. This avoids service disruption during the month and allows you to complete any operational commitments on the higher plan.
Renewing the plan before it ends
You can renew your plan early with the Renew now button, on the My Plan page or in the plan configurator. On a monthly plan you pay the full plan price straight away: the new period starts today and your minutes go back to the plan's allowance, while unused minutes and the days left in the current period are lost. On a yearly plan you pay nothing: the next month, already paid for, starts right away, and the plan end date and the next charge move earlier by the days skipped. In the last month of the year, renewing buys the yearly plan again at full price instead. Early renewal is unavailable while a plan change is scheduled.
A monthly WhatsApp pack can be renewed early too, with the Renew now button on its card on the My Plan page or in the configurator. You pay one month's price straight away (plus VAT): the new month starts today with all its conversations and your next renewal moves to one month from today, while unused conversations and the days left in the current month are lost. It is not available for packs billed yearly.
When the renewal is paid by SEPA debit
A SEPA debit takes a few days to clear. While your bank processes the renewal debit, the My Plan page shows “Renewal payment pending” on the plan and a banner titled “Renewal payment in progress”: your plan stays active until the debit is confirmed, up to the date shown in the banner at the latest, and there is nothing for you to do.
If the bank refuses the debit, the banner turns into “Renewal debit refused” and the plan status reads “Renewal payment not completed”. The plan stays active until the date shown: pay the invoice by card with the Pay the invoice button before then to keep it. Members who cannot manage billing see the same message, asking an owner or admin to pay, without the button.
Pausing the subscription
For seasonal businesses (summer restaurants, properties open only on weekends), Execus offers the possibility to suspend the subscription for a defined period. During the pause the assistant does not receive calls and no fee is charged. Resuming is immediate: from the Plan management page simply click Reactivate.
Cancelling the service
Cancellation is available at any time from the Plan management page. The service remains active until the end of the already paid cycle, after which the account is set to inactive. All data remains available for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate the service without losing configurations. After this period, data is archived as per the retention policy.
Need consulting?
If you are not sure which plan is the most suitable, if you have an atypical call volume, or if you are looking for a multi-property enterprise solution, contact the sales team from the panel chat. A short conversation is often worth more than hours of calculations.
