Connect your calendar to Execus and the voice assistant will always have up-to-date schedules. Two-way sync: Execus reads the calendar and can add appointments automatically.

Which calendars are supported

• Google Calendar
• Apple Calendar (iCloud)
• Calendly
• Outlook

What you can do

• Check availability. Execus reads the calendar and knows when the next free slot is
• Book automatically. The guest books directly during the call. Execus adds the event to your calendar
• Avoid conflicts. If the calendar is full, Execus communicates this to the customer
• Automatic reminders. Execus can send a message to the customer the day before the reservation

How to connect the calendar

   Access the Execus dashboard

   Go to Integrations > Calendar

   Choose your provider

   Click on Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Calendly, or Outlook

   Authorize Execus

   Log in with your account. Execus will ask for permission to read and modify events

   Choose the target calendar

   Select which calendar Execus should sync (e.g. "Reservations")
